The Bell Health & Wellness Center and Pharmacy are conveniently located on the Ft. Worth campus at 720 E. Hurst Blvd., Hurst, TX 76053. It is easily accessible by employees and dependents with dedicated parking and is handicap accessible.

Online prescription refills are conveniently available for patients who have previously filled a prescription at our pharmacy.

• To refill a prescription online, log into your account or create a new one at Walgreens.com .
  
• Select “Refill Prescriptions.”
  
• From the navigation menu, select "More" then click "Refill with Rx Number.”
  
• Enter the Rx number then select “Continue.”
  
• If you are already logged in, click here to go directly to the refill page to get started.

Your personal health information is confidential and your data is kept secure. The Bell Health & Wellness Center and Pharmacy operates in accordance with HIPAA and works diligently to protect all health records. Premise Health cannot share any personal health information without your permission. Rest assured, your personal health information is not shared with your employer. Additionally, Premise Health operates through a private network and software systems that cannot be accessed by Bell employees. Notice of privacy practices are available for review within the center.
