The Center has been carefully designed to help you take a proactive approach to your healthcare needs providing a wide array of high-quality primary care and preventive services, along with acute and urgent care. Additionally, the Center is staffed with a team of dedicated professionals focused on your overall health and wellness offering care ranging from managing chronic conditions, to member education services, to refilling prescriptions.

Premise Health, the nation’s leading provider for worksite healthcare, delivers all services at the Bell Health & Wellness Center. Premise Health is fully committed to complying with Federal HIPAA guidelines, which protect the confidentiality of your information. Therefore, your personal health and pharmacy information will be treated confidentially and will not be released to anyone without your prior written consent.

HEALTH CENTER

Drop off your prescriptions, or a provider can e-prescribe directly to the pharmacy. Then pick them up at your convenience. Refilling and transferring is easy too, by computer, phone, or in person.

PHARMACY

The Bell Health & Wellness Center and Pharmacy are conveniently located on the Ft. Worth campus and is easily accessible by employees and dependents with dedicated parking.

The Bell Health & Wellness Center, operated by Premise Health, is committed to protecting your medical confidentiality rights and privacy. The Bell Health & Wellness Center, and Premise Health will maintain the privacy and confidentiality of your personal health information and medical records in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws.

ELIGIBILITY
Premise Health will provide occupational care to all of our employees. It will also provide primary care services to active employees, under age 65, for personal medical care. The Center will also be accessible to eligible dependents age two (2) and up as long as they are covered on Bell’s insurance through UnitedHealthcare.
